Having a healthy diet will help your body to cope better with stress.  A healthy meal is probably the last thing you're talking about, like you're hustling around.  The following tips will help you eat while you're on the go.

Restaurants - Easy to skip healthy eating, charming menus, large portions and a festive atmosphere.  It's all right to splurge every now and then, though if you make it a routine, you're going to pack it with a lot of weight. Always be careful when dining out in the restaurants.

Airports - Although you're not supposed to give up your diet because of it, the airport can be a very stressful place.  Feed because you're hungry, not for pain, starvation, or time to kill.

On Car - Carry some healthy snacks in your car at all times, so you'll have them when you're hungry.

It can be hard to make time to eat, even if you don't have to rush out of the house without having breakfast first.  Milked cereal, banana, muffin, or even bagel is a great way to start your day.
