Breakfast is often an early morning survivor.  And if you might be tempted to skip breakfast, you can ease your morning routine by following these 8 tips:

 1.  Start your homework at night, pack your school bags.

2.  Decide what your kids are going to wear in school before they go to bed, and find the hidden shoes for the next day.

3.  Get up 15 minutes earlier in the morning.

4.  Give up news and computer games in the morning.

5.  Have healthy food in hand.  You should also shop for breakfast food with your children and take their personal preferences into account.

6.  Put the cereal out the night before.
Fill a zippered plastic bag with a portion for younger children, then add the milk in the morning.

7.  Allow your children to use the microwave on a regular basis, as most breakfast foods can be cooked in less than 5 minutes.

8.  Allow your kids to eat in the car or on their way to school.

There's a variety of foods that you can eat for breakfast, and food leftovers if they're full.  You can eat bagels, fruit juice, pizza, pretzels or normal bacon and eggs that are known for breakfast.  Most of the food is a snap to prepare, and it'll only take you a couple of minutes.

The next time you're in a hurry in the morning, remember that you're probably going to skip the most important meal of the day. If you follow the above advice, you'll find plenty of time for breakfast.
